Aindee is another incubated technology being tested by Subjex Corporation and the new name for the latest upgrade of SubjexCSR software. The former system learned from users while being trained by the owner's dialogue in real time. This methodology has been significantly upgraded to allow 95% of the training to be done in advance, requiring an hour or less depending upon the number of FAQ's and answers already compiled. Aindee also learns from the data to which it is connected and has the ability to understand the millions of different ways a user can ask questions. Therefore the enhanced performance of Aindee over the former model is significant.

We are launching a limited number of BETA implementations to conclude meaningful testing. Criteria for inclusion in the BETA test are:

                1 - owning a website with moderate to high traffic
                2 - the website must in some way be involved in e-commerce
                3 - have a moderate to large number of FAQ's and answers
                4 - former CSR users are a plus

As with most BETA tests, those chosen will receive use of Aindee free of charge until such time as a full production implementation is available to the general public.
